Now when you see things like this, how does everyone know that they aren't sun-bleached?

well, all of the black (including the border) DOES look as black as it should, rather than faded.

Then again, I can't say how fading by the sun affects a card.

The reds and yellows fade out first, then greens, and the blue pretty much stays but will slowly deteriorate.
The black is pretty much always black.

I know there are totally desaturated monochromatic cards, but that one has blue parts.

It looked sun-bleached to me, so I didn't bother.

It looks sun-bleached to me, too. Plus, I have never seen any albino Mirage cards.

It's pretty obvious that it's bleached to me. Albinos look vibrant, this one's colours look tarnished.
