the drain looks like very far away from near mint / mint. are those scans or just example pictures ?

btw ... are you still interessted in sellig the tangle wires to me ?

The pictures are not the actual cards. My Mana Drain is nm/m.

Then you are going to make less money by being lazy. Why would anyone not assume your Drain isn't NM, especially because you say 'Please contact me for additional pictures', which basically means 'these are some pictures, but I have more too'.

If they aren't your cards, don't use the pictures.

I think it is not wise or ethicical to use pictures of items-cards/whatever in an auction that are not pictures of the actual item--unless you plainly state it in your write up.

Yes I know its lame, but come on, its a normal legends set and not a unique item.
