Summer Hurricane auction, anyone have info on seller?

I see this Summer Hurricane for auction and my first question to myself is "who's the seller, and does anyone know them?".
They have a zero feedback and as a rule i never take a chance with an unproven seller.
I see people taking a semi-chance with small bids but i'm wondering if anyone has contacted the seller and asked for concrete proof of this cards existence?

I emailed the seller with some questions about what type of guarantee they offer for this card.
And i say if there's no word before the twelve hour dead line, get out while you still can. :-k [-X

Asked him too, since PayPal covers only 1000 USD...

I did get a response, but he didn't answer any questions.
He wants to know what i think as far as options for a safe sale.
What would be a fair response for some kind of "safe transaction"? Ideas?

My question to him was:
"No offense, but with a zero feedback rating and knowing the rarity of the item your trying to sell, you have to understand my cautionary approach.
What kind of guarantee do you give with this auction?
We're talking a good sum of money, and with no prior seller rating a lot of the summer collectors need proof from you."

His quote was:
"Please let me know what would work for you and we can figure something out."

My question:
"Hi, do you have any references where I can rely on, because it's a high end card that will go for over 3000 USD I assume and when I bid I'd like to know "who you are" I hope you can understand that since PayPal only covers 1000 USD. THX Chris"

His answer:
"Hi, I can provide any pictures that you would like to see and can provide the email of a local store that has seen the card."

I asked for pics and the contact now, but time is running out :-\

I didn't bid on this, too many unanswered questions.
It's just too risky with all the cons out there today. [-X :-k

i said to myself 1k would be such a good deal that it would be worth time and stress t get the money back if it was a fake/scam.

Lets hope the best for the member that won it.

Did not bid either, really to risky, he did not answer, did not send scans, nor got the shop contact, I think he hoped that I just would be that fanatic that I would bid though. Every person selling a card like this would answer in seconds and give ANY help he can if it's a real card to get the highest possible price, but like this... :-\

IF it is a real one the buyer is very lucky! And with a better Ebay-account he could surely make a good profit.

1000 USD would have been my max too since it's covered by PayPal.
