Ah, so you wanna place your summer shivan in a unlimited PSA10 shivan dragon case and then sell it as a PSA10 misprint Summer Shivan Dragon for 10000 dollar, don't you? :P

He would need a Revised PSA 10 case to do that, not Unlimited. Remember that PSA graded Blue Hurricane was Revised...

I'm curious about these cases myself. I don't care if there is a way to reclose them after opening, but once you get a card graded, is it now unplayable and stuck in there making PSA only useful to collectors?

The cases are not impossible to open. They are designed so that if they are opened, they give indication of this if reclosed. Even then, older ones could be resealed to hide this from all but the most experienced eye.

The cases are obviously two parts, sealed together along the outside edge. All you need to do is take a metal straight edge (a wide screwdriver will do fine) and work it around the seam between the two pieces. By applying force you will eventually cause the seam to fail in one area, and can then carefully work around three sides. At that point the case will open like a clamshell. Just take your time and work without too much forced, and you should have no problem.
