I would liek to open some psa graded cards without damaging them.

The cases are not impossible to open. They are designed so that if they are opened, they give indication of this if reclosed. Even then, older ones could be resealed to hide this from all but the most experienced eye.
The cases are obviously two parts, sealed together along the outside edge. All you need to do is take a metal straight edge (a wide screwdriver will do fine) and work it around the seam between the two pieces. By applying force you will eventually cause the seam to fail in one area, and can then carefully work around three sides. At that point the case will open like a clamshell. Just take your time and work without too much forced, and you should have no problem.
