New PSA verification system for magic cards
http://www.psacard.com/articles/article ... erseid=314
I did for now not get 100% what they are going to do with a card. What this should help if the PSA guys still are not able to see the difference between an alpha or beta card is also a thing I do not get. I will be getting a Beta Shivan named Alpha.
Anybody going to this event? I would like to have a shivan "Damaged " by them in such a system.

PSA/DNA is a little different than regular PSA grading. It is usually used to authenticate a signed item (card or otherwise). This service would be good for people who just want to verify the card is real, but not grade it because it is not in good condition. It will also be good for people with signed cards.
Hopefully this "team up" means they have people from WotC helping verify the cards and will eliminate the labelling errors.
I don't know how I feel about them "tagging" the card. I know it won't be visible to the eye, but it's still a mark on the card.
