in terms of functionality, that website looks rather like findmagiccards.com.  of course, i wouldn't say either findmagiccards.com or this site (your site?) are really accurate determiners of street prices.  indeed, i would see the best determiner of "street prices" are the price guides at MOTL, which are generated using ebay auctions.

i find it more reliable to check ebay myself. motl prices are pretty good, but do they take into account bad and lowfeedback sellers whose auctions end at less than market value? checking is quick and its interesting to notice short term trends and see how often certain cards are offered on the market.

at least thats what i do when im on the street.

cards which have been auctioned off a good many times should have sufficiently large sample sizes so as reduce inaccuracy as a result of outliers (outliers being those people with bad or low feedback).

for cards which aren't auctioned very frequently, however, yeah...  MOTL isn't very good...

I agree that this site is much like findmagiccards.com.  There are advantages and disadvantages to each site though.  I have said this before, but I'll say it again, there are 3 main markets and/or pricing schemes.  Dealers, eBay (and other online auctions), and then person to person (this includes MOTL and in person deals).  Prices can vary pretty differently from each market when looking at a particular card.  I think it is just personal preference which market would be looked at to get baseline prices.  A smart buyer will shop all 3, keeping in mind that the dealer market will typically have what is looked for as a "guarantee" if it is truely needed.
