Ice Age Book Cover...

Post by implode » Tue Sep 21, 2004 12:29 am

how much is this worth...basically its a cover designed to go over school books. I got it during when iceage was released and it has lots of pictures of cards with empty text boxes.

A scan of the item would really help your fellow library card holders identify it for you.
Have a great one! 8)

That sounds like a very interesting item, and I've never heard of it before. A picture/scan would definately be appreciated, I could also be interested in trading/buying it :)

That sounds like a cool item.  It stands to reason that a decently large number of these were printed, so it seems odd that no one has heard of it before.

How many do you have, and are you willing to sell/trade any?

I'm probably willing to entertain offers on selling it--I only have one as my other one got torn and I threw it away.

To answer some more questions on this...

The dimensions are 11" x 16" (aprox the size of your standard textbook).

I will take what the market will bear for this item and take the best offer after a weeks time. My best offer at this point was Muldoons offer of $10 plus shipping.

At this time I would like to point on my rules can be found on MOTL where I do the majority of my trading:
http://www.magictraders.com/ubb//Forum2 ... 87057.html

specifically I want to stress a couple of rules:
1) I'm not responsible for lost of stolen mail. I will send standard first class mail or the closest equivilant for out of country trades. Certified mail on out of country trades becomes extremely costly and put people at risk for items being taxed--as such instructions on how to declare need to be figured out.

2) I accept checks, money orders or concealed cash in US dollars.

3) I'm willing to accept cards as a credit--I typically value this as 30% lower then cash value (using MOTL price guide). Foreign edition dragons will probably be valued at even value as a bonus for those who help out on my collection.

4) I have traded/sold cards (beanie babies, pokemon, heroclix etc etc) online for many years and very seldom had a problem. But hey, I could be lieing, please make sure to check my refrences and my email adress to make sure its valid.

hmmmm thats all I can think of for now, please let me know if you have any questions.

They also fit nicely on many standard hard cover books, so if a person has a hardcover, with a not so nice dustcover on it, this is a good way to cover the book.
And having 8 of them side-by-side is looking quite nice also   :D
Oct 30, away until further notice
