Odd Sealed Italian Legens Box

I have recently acquired this factory sealed Italian Legends Box.  It is still in its original shrink wrap and came straight from Wizards at and Unsanctioned Type 1 event.  It appears that there is 1 or 2 packs missing from the box.  I was wondering if this is usual or more rare.  The box has never been tampered with and came straight out of a display case.  There is also this yellow ticket type thing in the box from what I can see and it hass numbers on it.  It is hard to make out anythin on it without affecting the box.  Also let me know if anyone is interested in it.

yep, those tickets are the tracking things of yore.  I have opened boxes of FE that have them, forget if revised had them.  Anyway, if 2 packs are missing, I wouldn't say it's a rarity.  Or if it is, it's a really crappy one.

I'm not sure if 2 packs are misiing but 1 slides along he top.  It is sealed and came straight from Wizards so I presume 1 of the packs got loose along the top.  Anyway I am looking to unload it.

i'm just a stupid netherlandian, but how do you know that there are 1 or 2 packs missing if it is still sealed?

The contents of the box may have been shaken around so that one row has a booster too many, and a pack from the other rows can slide around in there. I had an italian renaissance box where a few packs had been squished into the leftmost slot, so the box had a big bump there and sliding packs at the other two slots.
You shouldn't be worried, I bet it has all packs in it.

Yeah I am not as worried as I was at the begining.  I definetly don't plan on holding on to it but I am splitting what comes from it with 2 other people.  So unless I get power then right now all I can accept is cash.
