I believe it is the Top 8 card for the Spring JSS Tournies, not rare at all.

Yes, it was top 8 card for Spring JSS in APAC lands (with U instead of J or E). The seller declared that there only exist 8 copies of the card
Well Alexis, in this case you would still be missing 5 to have them ALL ;-D

it looks exactly the same as every other phoenix.
what's it got to do with APAC? Do the singapore phoenixes have something special about them?

This mentioned in a thread a while back - but also if you look at the picture, the word "APAC" is included in the hologram - and that is what makes it special. Now that more of the Singapore events have occured, there should be a number more of these particular cards being released on the auction market.
