Hi Keitaro,
the Guru Lands are easier to get (my opinion/feeling), but the MPS Lands are not that expansive (the last complete set of GURU lands was sold yesterday for 165 Dollars on Ebay).
PM Macone, he sold me mine MPS Guild Set for a very good price and they arrived all in perfect mint condition!! I can recommend him! :-)
