'Special' Tournament Stamp on a Crop Rotation - Value?

So, i found this in my collection, any idea on value? The stamp is like the stamp used on older Pre-Release cards, such as the Temepst one. No idea on how official.

Aha, got it.

It was a participation bonus in the Rio de Janeiro Regionals in 2000. 256 were distributed, a mix of all the commons and uncomons playable in the top Type 2 decks at the time.

Some basic lands were involved.

If anyone is interested, i might entertain offers. Not sure i'd sell it, though, since its kinda unique. I might.
