I think that the values given in that thread are still accurate.

I agree - I just got a sealed one on ebay for about $135, which I was surprised to find was retail price.

All of the gold bordered stuff seems to have gotten more expensive recently... I picked up a sealed box for $40 two years ago, but now the cheapest you see them even opened is $100 with online stores selling them for up to $300.

Just keep looking. I've seen a number of lots go for as little as $2-$4 per sealed deck, especially for 2003 and 2004 stuff.

2004 isn't worth much right now, but the others are generally more expensive. If you are bidding on individual decks they will sometimes be pretty cheap, but once you factor in the shipping (usually people are charging $3 to $6 for one deck) it can add up. The lots that have all of the decks for one year will vary a bit, but excluding 2004 they are all generally near or above retail sticker prices. For whatever reason, I found that the 2003 decks weren't very expensive, but they were quite hard to find in stock at any stores and you rarely saw any on Ebay.

I'm eagerly anticipating the 2005 decks....

And 1997 boxes or decks are outrageous. :-/
