Value: MM foil misprint and signed Artist proof

#1. Signed Artist Proof Force of Will

#2. Foil Mercadian Masques uncommons with back upside down and approx 4mm off center. (no black border to the left)

the backs are only off center horizontaly and mine are foils.
I got 3 in boosters and only the foils was like that.

I paid about $15 for one I have, and would pick up more for something like that. I have no idea if that represents a market value though; it was just some guy with a trade binder telling me what he wanted for it.
