you won't be kicked of of ebay if you have 3 negative feedback!

you will ony be kicked of, if you get 3 non-paying bidders alerts.

@silver.paladin, i'm in.

Are we also sending complaints to ebay self?

I'm e-mailing him right now, saying i want my money back within 24 hours or else i give nega feedback and warn ebay.

I think when we all 3 warn ebay, he will be kicked of  ;D

I will be sending my Ebay complaint in tonight, 8pm my time right after I leave feedback IF I do not have my funds in FULL returned.  And if Ebay gets not just 3 messages about this seller, but rather 3 international messages, that may (then again maybe not), have them deal with the seller.

i also contacted the other buyers of these fake tokens from him.

i pointed this site and thread to them out.

hopefully they read it and join our little crusade.

btw he refuses to give me my money back before he got his card back, i asked him if he was afraid we used it as evidence.

I have left my feedback. Fraud form is useless in this circumstance.  First, have to wait until at least 30 days after auction, and secondly, auction winning must be $25 or greater.  I will wait until the 30 days are up, and I will try to post a Fraud form also

sorry, wrong link.

this should be the correct one:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_inline/index.html

and then this order:

Report Transaction Problems > Fraud Concerns > I paid but the item was misrepresented or fake

plz do this, if ebay geets enough complaints, they'll kick him of of ebay.

i also filed a complaint at paypal, explaining the whole story.

they already contacted zack

A: From Shelley McKinley, Wizards legal department:
"Recently, copies of Magic cards have been appearing for sale on eBay, listed as 'proxies.' Wizards of the Coast owns the copyright and trademark rights to the Magic: The Gathering game. Copying Magic cards or offering copies for sale on eBay or elsewhere infringes our rights and violates federal and state laws. We regularly check eBay and have infringing auctions removed. We also rely on tips from players alerting us to this activity. Please send any tips to custserv@wizards.com."

Hi Members.
I strongly recommend not to bet on these Minagishi
Tokens, they looked pretty faked to me,just having a look at the scans.I may be wrong but I really don't think so  ;)

I was looking at the tokens by this seller also, and decided that they did not quite look 'right' to me either. Can't say what was not right, but just the feeling that there will probably be a problem with these cards.

The color looks right, but I'd like to see a larger or higher dpi scan.

Unless the scan (of all the cards) is of low/poor quality, I would say that the coloring is too dark, at least in regards to the Goblin token.
Taking another look at the tokens on Ebay today, I notice Nexus Entertainment also has a number of tokens available - and I believe they are a good dealer, as that location has Magic tourneys and pre-release tourneys - the primary ones in Alberta at least - if not all of Western Canada.

Upon taking another look at both sets of tokens, it appears to me that the corners are different.  Not square like the earlier tokens.  I will have to look at this when I get home, but I think the corners on the Nexus tokens look like mine, and the other one is too rounded.
(or maybe I am just seeing things!)

I was referring to the bird token.  The color on the fake tokens have all been washed out not too dark.

Again if I saw it in person, I'd know.
