Hi all, is it just me...or do ALL beta Volanic Islands lack the little white specks on each corner of the bottom two borders?

Good question! I bought 2 of them at Frank and Son's from a very reputable dealer and they were missing the white corners as well. I decided to return them cause I was a little worried. We did the tests and compared them with other Beta cards... Then asked the other dealers. Everything looked good but it really bugged me. Looks like I might end up buying em now.
Is it possible that they're different cause they weren't in Alpha? Are the other cards they forgot to print the same way?

to my knowledge ALL other beta cards should have the little white corners. Can anyone else shed some light on this subject? (Perferably someone that KNOWS they own 100% authentic one)

All cards that did not exist in Alpha and were only first printed in Beta do not have the small white corners (such as COP: red or Volcanic Island)

I confirm this.

Only small correction: it's Cop: Black and not Cop:Red

and small addition: 1 version of each Basic land

I confirm as well. Channel is like this too for some reason, and maybe a handful of others.

That sounds a bit suspicious I'm afraid, since Time Walks should look like "regular" Betas.. if you could post a hi-res scan maybe (or e-mail one to me so I can post it for you)?

Well it could be either fake or an INKED unlimited one. Yeah post a high res scan/pic of the card.

he posted that same question in another forum, and we came to the conclusion it's a fake one.

these are the pics that were in the auction for the walk, if u look closely un can se a bend in the front that isn't visible on the back side of the card. Seems like our plittle Kartoffelheinz was so happy that this walk was that cheap that he didn't look closely @ the pics. also the white dots in the corners are all missing...
