Starter 1999, 8 cards not in boosters?

Regarding Starter 1999:

Someone on Wikipedia has written that there were 8 cards only available in the starter decks and not the boosters. Does someone know the names of the 8 cards?

These are whitebordered cards with "© 1993-2000 Wizards of the Coast, Inc." an no expansion symbol. But no other expansion has the 2000 copyright so it's easy to find out.

I believe the cards you are thinking of are:

Eager Cadet
Goblin Hero
Merfolk of the Pearl Trident
Mons's Goblin Raiders
Royal Falcon
Scathe Zombies
Sea Eagle
Willow Elf

They all have the copyright date 1993-1999, and were only available in the Starter 1999 2-player starter decks as pictured below:



The cards with 1993-2000 copyright date are typically referred to as Starter 2000, and came in this boxset:
