Mark,
I found some info for you. Salvat is a legitimate seller of Magic. Hasbro Properties Group licensed out the brand to Salvat to make certain special cards not available in the US. The products are currently available in Spain, and I believe they will be sold elsewhere in Europe (but not the US).

are all the salvat cards reprints of other cards? or are there actually unique cards.. if so, are they tourney legal in T1/T1.5?
