Question about S-Chinese 5th

Post by Mr.C » Mon Aug 02, 2004 7:59 pm

I checked the edition table on the site, and it says s-chinese 5th has only 350 cards. Wasnt 5th supposed to have 449 cards? Did they cut 99 cards from the chinese version?
I collect foils and FBB Base Sets. PM me.

They did cut it.  The interesting thing is that they 'promoted' some cards to rare from the uncommon slot...for example - Primordial Ooze is a rare in Chinese 5th.

i know it sounds stupid, but maybe just to make it 350, like most of the sets (all of the first sets in a block since Mirage).

I have never seen any 5th S-Chinese Armageddon for sale.
What is sure is that the CoB is in the 2-Player Starter box while the Armageddon isn't. So the CoB is more 'common' :)
