What's Collectors Edition

Can you tell me about Collectors Edition?
I never heard of it before  ???

Collectors' Edition was a set printed with square corners and a modified Magic back, so it's not tournament-legal.  It was basically a reprint of the Beta set available in a box set.  There was also an International Collectors' Edition available outside the U.S.
