When I started my Global Stone Rain collection it was a -very- close thing between Stone Rain and Disenchant. Especially if you counted the black-backed WC decks. But then Portal, Starter, etc came along and Stone Rain ran away with it.

With Disenchant sliding to green, it will be king for a long time to come.

Just a note, my checklist might be off by 1 or 2 on some of these because I never did find checklists for all the WC decks. I only have 99, 00 and 01. If anyone can provide me with complete lists for all the other years, I'll fix this.
