This is Italian Maths. It means 3 minus 2 = 1

Though this is far from anything but a guess, it appears to be directions.

(Z->)90Âº - (E-NÂ²W) 90Âºt = 1

E = East
N = North
W = West
t = time
90Âº = Right Turn (or change one cardinal direction)
Z = Where you started

if you tilt your head to the left (or 'tap' the card 90Âº) the text inside the brackets(right word?) looks like "NIV" and "MIZZE" add fom outside brackets makes it "NIV-MIZZET=1".

I guess its a 1337-dragon.
