Unidentified editions

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me identify four cards I have picked up over the years; they don't seem to fit with any set listed on the site.

N.B.: All are in French

Card 1:
Rocket Launcher; black-bordered; copyright 1994

Card 2:
Sleight of Mind; white-bordered; copyright 1994 (could be Summer Magic, but was that released in French?)

Card 3:
Clockwork Beast; white-bordered; copyright 1996

Card 4:
Warp Artifact; white-bordered; copyright 1996

I didn't realise that there were both black- and white-bordered editions of Revised, or that they had copyright dates on them.
