Ok, I've never seen them before, and the site doesn't list them, but according to this auction:

While the seller isn't 100% clean, he does usually have a reasonable supply of foreign sealed product, and he's usually right on his naming.
I'm going to send an email and ask him, but has anyone ELSE seen Korean WB 4th starters or booster?

I will contact the Seller and ask for the WOC Number as too many times Foreign Products are mistaken on Ebay and especially between korean,Japanese,S and T-Chinese.By this way,you know for sure what you get and do not have a bad experience.I recently purchased few Foreign products on Ebay,and by asking and knowing the WOC number get good surprise
