2006 Magic Calendar
In San Diego I was fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time.
Two gentlemen visiting from Germany were giving one of the artists a copy of the 2005 Magic calendar and showing the 2006 version.
When they were finished they just turned and handed me the new 2006 calendar.
The theme for each month is a creature type with a large picture on top, the dates which have the upper image "ghosted" under them and a row of 8 smaller images of cards with the same creature type across the bottom.
Filled with Magic trivia facts (in German), holidays are noted (in German), and even shows moon phases (in all languages, except Braille).
Month - Creature type - Large image
Januar - Samurai - Kitsune Blademaster
Februar - Mondvolk - Uyo, Silent Prophet
Marz - Ratte - Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni (Wayne Reynolds art)
April - Oger - Shinka Gatekeeper
Mai - Schlange - Sosuke, Son of Seshiro
Juni - Myr - Coretapper
Center promo double page spread - 8 1/2 Tails (advertisement for Kamigawa block)
Juli - Katze - Leonin Den Guard
August - Zauberer - Graceful Adept
September - Damon - Grinning Demon
Oktober - Goblin - Skirk Commando
November - Geist - Vine Kami
Dezember - Legende - Jugan, the Rising Star
Front cover - Walker of Secret Ways ( nice close-up/ full bleed image)
Price looks to be 12.95
Unure if that is Euros or Dollars.
Looks to be a good solid quality product.
(Sorry, I have no way to provide images)
A shame I'll have to wait almost 6 months to hang it in my office.

In case anyone in the US is interested in the 2005 ones, I have some sitting around here somewhere. They are $13.85 shipped anywhere (it seems) in the continental US. (that's $10 for the calendar, $3.85 for exact shipping costs).
I would assume that the Europeans can get them cheaper other places, because your shipping costs would be, well, less I assume..
While they are rapidly becoming less useful as a Calendar, they are basically 12 prints for a reasonable price if you can cut straight..
