10 card 4th edition boosters?

I've got several old packs of what appear to be Portuguese 4th edition boosters containing only 10 cards.  I've also got Spanish 4th edition boosters that contain 15 cards.  Is that normal?   Did 4th edition Portuguese boosters normally contain 10 cards?

In any case, how much would these boosters be worth today?

4th edition boosters are supposed to contain 15 cards, I think that should be the case for portoguese ones too.
I doubt they're worth that much, but for someone who collects boosters you might get 5 dollars for a portoguese one, assuming that they're mispacked.

I'm not sure what to make of it.  It doesn't look like mispack to me, since it says right on the booster "10 trading cards" whereas in the spanish boosters it says "15 cartas coleccionables".

I also have the booster box itself for the Portuguese ones, and the box says it should contain 60 packs of 10 cards each.  

What I am wondering is if this was the normal distribution, or if this is some sort of marketing trial or whatever.  I opened one to check it's contents, and it seems to contain 1 rare, 1 uncommon, 6 commons, and 2 basic lands.  Did 4th edition boosters normally contain basic lands?

Last question:  Are the Spanish 4th edition 15 card boosters worth the same?

Oh, I didn't know the portoguese 4th boosters were distributed differently, sounds interesting..
I think they're worth less than $5, then, if they're just "regular" portoguese packs then...
If you'd happen to pull a dragon whelp out of one of those packs I'll gladly buy it or trade for it ;D
Generally I doubt you'll get more than $3 each for any fwb fourth edition boosters...

Portuguese 4th ed boosters contained 10 cards as the norm.  They also aren't guaranteed to have a rare (opened 3-4 of them and got 2 rares).

No clue HOW they decided to set it up, but it's pretty screwy and soured me on Portuguese 4th..

No luch with the Whelp though.  The pack I opened contained Sleight of Mind as its rare.
Anyway, I don't think I'll open any more of those.  I guess I'll just find someone who really likes portuguese boosters :)

nobody answered me about the Spanish ones though.
How much are those worth?

If the spanish is white bordered, very little.  maybe 2/2.50 a pack.  Can get boxes of French for around 80 if you look.

Black bordered spanish..quite a lot more.

4th edition was printed in black borders as "beta" for several languages (japanese, korean, chinese, spanish and portoguese if memory serves me correctly).
Most of those languages also had an "unlimited" version, a white bordered 4th edition set, released shortly after.
Only korean and chinese didn't have time to get a wb 4th edition out ;D

Uh... Look at Erl00's page, he has a collection of nearly all boosters, he has most likely explanations there on how to tell them apart :)

Spanish BB and WB boosters can be identified through the bar code or the ISBN number. This is the only way.
