Thanks,that confirmed a research I was doing.One thing is sure the Fire Elemental is definately not in the 4Th Edition Chinese :)

I will add to this that another "missing" card in my 4th edition Korean BB set is the Fire Elemental.

Gryfalia, while you're at it, could you check your Chinese set, here is the list of the cards I'm missing in Korean 4th BB:

If these cards do not exist in Korean and Chinese 4th edition, this raises the question: by what the emptied slots on the press sheets have been replaced???

I was going back through my old e-mails, because I remembered that when i traded for Chinese 5th in 2000 my connection told me that a lot of cards weren't printed in S-Chinese V.  Among them were Necro (too strong), Mesa Pegusus (no banding in s-chinese V), and Force of Nature (no idea why).  It's funny though, because some uncommons were 'promoted' to rare (like Primordial Ooze) and there are only 351 cards in s-chinese 5th.  I'll keep looking through my e-mails to see if I can dig up any more info to (hopefully) shed some light on why some cards are missing from some sets...

I hope it will be 100% accurate. As in; you, or someone u realy trust have seen the card in person. Then the coverage of what cards are printed and which are not, would be my most visited page, and u would be my biggest idol!!  ;)

Ok, here we go...

In the area of uncommons and commons, of which I had more than enough to be sure that either 1) they weren't printed at all or 2) they were left out of starters accidentally, we have the following 5 cards missing:

Gaseous Form
Lost Soul
Blood Lust
Fire Elemental
Shanodin Dryads

Note that these pictures all have women in them, usually scantily clad.  But Verduran Enchantress was printed..;-)

In the rares, where I DON'T have enough to be sure of anything, I have the following cards missing (the amount I am missing proving that the collation was really bad in the starters):
Blessing
Purelace
*Magical Hack - Dragsamou Has Seen
Inferno
Mana Clash
Tempest Efreet (other ante cards are in tho)
Elvish Archers
Meekstone
Millstone
Primal Clay


SO, if you have conclusive proof that any of the above cards exist (and I am sure people will on the rares), please post that you do so I can remove them from the list.  Please, only if you own it or can personally see it.  Remember that we are talking about Chinese, 4th edition Black Bordered cards.

Oh yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if Primal Clay weren't printed either, it has the same...features..that the other missing cards have.  Don't know tho, perhaps someone will have one.

checking my cards i found 2 dryads and a lost soul. I checked the web site how to identify nonenglish magic cards and can't tell what theese are they are not chinese i think they are either japanese or korean.
