Anyone in France able to help me?

I am trying to buy an item on French eBay, but the seller only is shipping to someone in France. LOL.
I am looking for someone to bid on the item and accept the shipment, then reship it to me.
The item is not magic (only a magazine) and low value ($15.00 or less), and I will pay all costs/shipping.
