Interesting playmat

Here is a playmat I picked up at GP Toronto this weekend. Anybody have any information on its origins?

interesting language ...
(the same in french has been given to all players during the prerelease in Paris )

So this was a prerelease playmat in Paris (the French version)? I guess it could be the same for Taiwan, I find it funny there is no mention of the set name on it.

How did you get it? Win it or buy it? I assume you found it at a dealer but just curious.

In Toronto they should have used the French one..... JK..

I purchased it from the TO, and he said he got it from a guy, but did not know where/how that person obtained it.
