Today is a special day for me: I finished my global Dragon Whelp Collection from Alpha to Archenemy!
It took a lot of time and money, ok I think more time, but the edgar whelp was not cheap;)
After all the years of collecting I organized my whelps in a binder sorted by edition, language and foil/unfoil, but the thing is: how would you present the cards? With a foto or a scan? Maybe in an online gallery?
Thanks for interesting ideas;)

I have all my angels set up in 9 pocket pages since there are 18 total angels for every angel printed because there are 9 languages and a foil and non foil version it makes 18. Whelps might be a little more difficult since they're a bit older. I currently have my Serra Angels set up as Alpha through 4th all together and then 7th on separated. Easiest way to do it would be scan them at that point.

Hope this answers your question.

If you feel like presenting an online gallery, there are several around with great ideas. The only one that I could find with a quick search is the Stone Rain Project:

There are good presentations of Bears and Shivan Dragons, but I'm not sure of the URLs.

Yes I think an online gallery is the right choice. In the next few days I will look for a way to scan all the whelps with my scanner, which will hopefully make high-quality scans.
Both web-projects look very profesional to me, a guy without the knowhow of making a homepage. But that are thoughts which have to wait until all whelps are scanned;) step by step.... the first was collecting, the second will be scaning and the last step will be the online project.

My angels are currently in a zip up 9 pocket page Ultra Pro binder which also has a shoulder strap. It's not the newer one with the deck box holders inside it's an old one that's all black. I'll look around to see if I can find a pick of it. I haven't seen them for sale in a long time.

When I started collecting the whelps I used this one:
http://www.abugames.com/item165415-new/ ... -Blue.html
but then ultra pro changed the product to an other material which is not so good than the older.
Now I use this one:
http://www.abugames.com/item183594-new/ ... aroon.html
It looks good, but I am quiet not sure of this is the right thing to store them;)

Not sure if the Dragon Whelp Heartbreaker miniature interests your collection:

I think what would be a great addition to the Librarities would be a central listing of members web galleries. Having them in individual sig blocks is a good thing too but as the depository of all things Magic it would be most appropriate to link up with the fantastic collections that members have put together and put up on the web.

I have made a suggestion in the "box of ideas" section. Please take a look at it and see what needs to be added or suggested.

But to make a online gallery you have to built a nice website like richards shivans. I don`t have that knowhow;)

edit:
thanks for the hint with the miniatures but actually I don`t need them and the seller returns them each time when they ended.
