They look nice, but I'd never alter a signed card in a way that the signature is still visible. Doesn't feel right. Such alteration creates an impression that it was the original artist who did it (especially if it uses her artwork!) and to me it's more of a counterfeit than a masterpiece.

I know Terese charges a substantial amount of money for her Extreme Alterations, but well... It's like in every other aspect of life: you can pay what it's worth and get something original, one of a kind and essentially priceless, or you can get a cheap substitute and it might look ok, but in the end it is not and it will never be even comparable to the masterpiece.

you are absolutly right !
I first thought it was an Artist alternation ...

Thoses cards are wonderfull (!!), but I like only artist alternate cards, in my opinion, artists are the only one able to alter a card.

Well if you like them that is all that counts. The concept is very original and interesting.

finally in my possession. i paid some guy for the card some month ago and the card never arrived. he claimed that he shipped it out and that it got lost while being on the way to me. i could not really believe that story and told two of my friends living in his home town to have an eye out for the card obtained by this particular person. before about one week one of them spotted the card in a trade binder belonging to the guy who sold it to me.
he talked to guy, got the card, told the guy that can be happy to not get charged and sent it to me. O:)

also got this some days ago. O:)

i guess it was pure luck that it turned out that way overall. he lives in a pretty large city with many events and i know quite a lot people playing mtg in germany. i have sent about 300 uninsured/untrackable letters within germany the past years and not even a single one got lost which made it hard to belief that this particular letter got lost on the way to me.
