Agree with this. Sorry to hear of the loss. Karma will get them in the end, and who knows may also help you here. Good luck. Jason

I've never seen that before...
I believe those packs were supposed to be given away when demoing Magic to customers. The demo kit was really lousy. The decks contained only lands and creatures and starting life was set to just five.

PS. I should have some of those packs in case anyone is interested.

Thanks for helping

I think the 10th sealed pack is interesting for the tip card with normal back inside. I'd never seen this one before..
The 3 other cards are always "classic" common from English 10th Ed

The demo and sampler packs are quite easy to find yes.
I've at least 100 sampler packs 9th Ed so if somebody wants one for his collection, drop me a PM

So, here is my ANTI-Mail-Brag

Got an empty envelope today (ripped open due to stress or opened by force cannot tell) that should have contained the following:

- 1x Signed Beta Bayou NM
- 2x Signed NM Juzam Djinn
- 3x Signed NM Mana Drain
- 1x signed Beta Will-o-the-wisp
- 3x signed UNL Bayou NM
- 3x signed UNL Tundra NM
- 3x signed UNL Tropical Island NM
- 3x signed UNL Tundra NM

and the thing that hurts the most:
around 80 signed cards by some of the most difficult to find artists which took around 1 year to get together...all gone....

I am devastated...I'll have a chat with the guys at the post office tomorrow and the friend sending me the cards does the same on his end but it doesn't look good...

Wish me luck

Any idea what journey the cards took since the envelope arrived empty the first time? Did the post office find them? Your friend?

I'm glad they eventually got where they should.

Great! I am happy for you. This must have been a relief.

I bought this one for Favian today in Vienna.
Kind of lucky to find such a card in such a small community.

Thanks guys!

Here are some detailed pictures...

Here is the story:

I got the empty envelope...I contacted the friend who sent the package and informed him about it. He described the content (how were the cards stored in the envelope). The day after I went to the post office to tell them about their screw up...They opened an investigation case and now....I got a package from the Swiss Mail Services today containing the 2 deckboxes and the cards I lost... pretty lucky...

I guess I have to sacrifice an ox this weekend or something...

Where's my picture of the Beta Bayou? Come on, now :)

I'd light a candle in your closest church, or just go down to the post office and bring them lunch.
