You bought this lot to a blind player, or to a collector was a big bank loan :)

Wow, just wow!

Did you have to sell a kidney!?

I don't often envy trades, but when I do...

Len, have you decided to play the '93/94 format competitively? :p

Anything grade worthy in there?

well the multiple sealed starters would suggest there is some grade worthy stuff, thats for sure

I'm just not sure who can get there hands on all of that and then end up letting it go.

Whatever Len....

We all know you had that stuff already. You probably just found it propping up you kitchen table, or weighting down a tarp in your garage!!! >:-(

... seriously, nice stuff. The next time WotC wants to run a treasures promo, I'm sending them your way. :-P

Mark:
No missing kidneys but I will be eating generic store brand unflavored Ramen for the immediate future :)

Berkumps:
Most of the rares are lightly played but there look to be a few that might be worthy of grading. There look to be many gradables in the 3000+ U's and 10,000+ C's but that is going to be a sorting project that takes some time.

Jared:
Funny you say that as the seller emailed me to let me know he had found another binder before I met up with him that had playsets of almost all the Alpha Dual Lands. Kind of like finding that missing left sock, only worth $20K!

Now I just need to wait until he wants to sell his OTHER 5 Alpha sets, Beta set and sealed Alpha product!
#2 All Time Finest PSA Alpha Set, GPA of 9.64, now retired and re-graded via Beckett. BGS GPA 9.40 after shipping off several pieces to JM!

Current Alpha Rare count = 1500+!

I say we all meet in Seattle, Half of us take Len out on the town for the night and the rest of us raid his house....

I'll hold the cards until we can meet up and divide the loot........

I'd go just to hang out in the game room and play some games.

My only interesting recent arrival via the mail is a box of RtR for stocking stuffers, which isn't really in the same league (though it will make for some fun drafts after Christmas).

Was it a Seattle local, Len, or did you fly out for it?

Also, please don't tell me you paid $200 or something ridiculous for the collection. Please don't say that.

You mean to say you left the good stuff and just bought all the second hand used items?

What were you thinking?
