If you have confirmed that it appears in Chinese and Japanese than in all likelyhood it was printed in Korean. The artwork was changed for 5th Ed from Foglio's art that was the reason it was not printed in 4th ed.

There was a bit of a fad for these 3-D counters for awhile.

Clay, there are several "pendings" on your list. Is that still the status?
