He is marked as 'in holidays' on MKM. It sounded as he has private problems :-/

He is going through some tough times. However, he sent a PM about a month ago to everyone saying that he would take care of everything soon.
I certainly feel bad for the guy, but I'd just like an email once in a while to keep me updated.

Does anybody here know Rui personally? He's seemed to have fallen off the map.
Just wondering if I should stop worrying about the trade and move on.

Just sent him this email, not sure if anything will come of it...
Rui,
I hope this email finds you well.
It has been about 5 months since our original trade agreement. I know you have gone through some tough personal times, and I'm sorry for that. However, I would just like an email from you regarding our trade. At this point, I have acquired other copies of the cards you were supposed to send, so I will either accept the cards that I sent you back, or your agreed end of the trade.
I know myself and several other members of MagicLibrarities are patiently waiting for your relpy.

I hate to sound selfish but, the least he could do at this point is return the cards sent to him.
I feel for his situation but quite frankly I'm a bit tired of waiting.

So, I too have had a deal with Rui.
I've been in contact through another Portuguese guy who has an account on magiccardmarket.
Rui had, and has, some very very big family issues involving his wife and children.
Even worse has been seriously sick for nearly a month and then after returning to work, he was dislocated away from home.
Rui should have begun to send what he had to send, in fact I received a couple of days ago my package.
I hope you too will soon receive your.

On MKM he's back, no more 'in holidays' ...
edit. I got an answer from Rui, he's taking care of your trades. I'm shure he will post here too

Rui just emailed me saying that he is in the process of finalizing the trades with everyone.
