Everything appears to be working properly, except previously nothing was turning orange for new replies, and now it is orange, and even after I read a thread (I click on the "The Magic Library Forum Index" above, do not go back a screen) and it is still Orange - I blame my computer! :D ** EDIT - I s...

New Power 9 proxies

I do not know how many people may have seen this already (I do not remember it discussed on the Library previously), but it appears one vendor is ready to start mass producing Power 9 proxies (as well as some foils). Personally, to me, I find these cards kind of ugly (and I never really cared for th...

I personally do not see these statues selling very well. First off, I do not even believe that the Kamigawa block has sold very well (there are very few special lots of Kamigawa cards as opposed to other blocks, and even just after this block came out, about all you could find on Ebay are the normal...

Re: Minagishi - Ende73

All the fakes seem to come from Italy.  And they are all brown bordered. Actually, I say they come from Singapore first.  The Italian seller is getting them from Singapore or Japan (I wrote him once, and about all he told me is he got a bulk deal from there - perhaps he is making his own toke...

Re: SGC Grading Service

Ben, you should try to file a claim with Paypal saying the card you received was counterfeit.  It is a longshot but you might be able to get a resolution in your favor.  I will help in the matter any way I can. Len With luck, he will be able to do this, but the real bad thing I find with dealing ...

Re: Wanted: updated estimates on some items.

I cannot help a whole lot, but what I can say, is that I bought the 3 poster set about 6 months ago, mint condition, in tubes, but no booklet for $29.99.  I also won an Ebay auction over a year ago for 4 of those Ice Age book covers for approx $15 and never received them.

Re: Columbus, Ohio - A new scammer?

One of the most amazing things is that despite the magnitude of the fraud, his eBay account is still open.   Actually, what I find most amazing, are some of the 'buyers'. I have emailed a number of buyers after they have won an auction of dubiuos distinction that is talked or written about here on...

Re: Magic watches?

I have not seen this style of watch before, but it looks very nice.  About 2 years ago there were a couple of other watches on Ebay (I would guess they were unofficial WotC products, but not sure).  One was a forest mana and the other was a swamp I think.  I only remember the Forest w...

Re: What program made this "Wand of Wonder&qu

I had seen this card also, and was wondering about it.  I figured it has to be some kind of homemade version, mainly because of the coloration in the text box.  It is so much brighter than the normal MTG cards, which almost look to be like a watermark, the way they are made. Also, with the...

Re: Jun Minagishi Tokens

Morning Alexis, You are correct, I got my 3rd Series tokens for a good deal (somehow almost nobody else had seen the auction, so the price was lower, however, I think at the time I got them, there was not as much interest in them, so not as many people were looking for them). My thoughts are the sam...

Re: Jun Minagishi Tokens

I wish I could help more, but I will do as well as I can below.  First, about those goblins, is it the Rona or the 5-goblin that you have there (or both?)  The 5-goblin would definitely be worth more. About 4 or so months ago, a 2nd Series Zombie sold on Ebay for $127.50.  I myself have three com...
