This effect is caused by dipping a q-tip into some nail polish remover and carefully scraping the head of the q-tip against the foil portion that you wish to remove.

I am sure that this is miscut into cardstock that has no template (but it may not be a filler). All foil Walking Sponges have that error. Most collectors don't consider this a worthy misprint, and certainly not a valuable one, since it has an occurance of 100%.

Seems hot to start with, but quickly check the copywrite. Should say 1993-1998, but the Ice Age ones say 1995.
