Someone found for me this TCG sleeves during Gencon Indy 2006, but I couldn't find their manufacturer. Does anyone know who made them and how to contact them ?

Miscut cards are worth more than standard, "well-cut" cards only if the alteration is extreme (i.e. 2 or more cards on the same one). In the case of "mis-centered" cards, they're worth less, in general.

They're worth about 5-6€ in France (yeah, I know, we're expensive).
