Re: alpha rule book

Translation: She wanted to trade Glasses of Urza for a CoP: Red, the white guy says no, so she steals it from his binder while he's not looking. ;D (I probably wouldn't do that trade either...)
More like, the "specialist" wouldn't make the trade, so she dueled him and took it when she won (ante).

Re: alpha rule book

So is there a difference? I have a stray rule book sitting around and I was trying to figure out which it was. Both Alpha and Beta rulebooks have a picture of Bog Wraith on the cover. Alpha is 35 (numbered) pages. On pages 4-5, there is a short story about a character named Worzel, written incident...

Re: Ebay bidding techniques

Net result: Einstein #2 wins, but he's on the hook for $4350.

Re: Middle Ages questions

So, the complete uncut sheets that are scanned and viewable on the site are indeed made from cardstock and not sticker-stock. Inca911 - is the backside of the sheets blank? I put a card in the image to show an example of size along with an example of a front and a back. This scan shows a backside t...

Middle Ages questions

http://www.magiclibrary.net/rarities-middle-ages.html Do the stickers have round or square corners? If round, are they more "Alpha" or "Beta" cut? When applied to a card, do (or would) the stickers overlap the edges or corners or are they smaller than a Magic card? Are they an exact fit or very clos...

Re: Ebay bidding techniques

I've seen these sniping websites before, but no matter how appealing it may be, I can't get past the fact that you have to give them your eBay username and password.

Re: Import/Export Laws On MTG

The US Postal Service website lists that - http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/immicl/immiclhk_012.html . "Playing cards" is a little vague though. I think what is meant by that is Poker-style cards and not collectible trading cards. I have sent many items to Italy and marked them "trading cards" and never ...
