Text and symbols are printed in different layers, and bolt is the only card there outside of the filler which isn't from saga.

I just noticed, one of the pics above for Urza's Destiny uncommon sheet is not japanese, but French? How many languages were these textless promos printed with? Hi Mark I confirm, it's French, so maybe all Foil Urza's Destiny Uncut Sheets in every languages have the Foil Textless, that will explain...

A lot of these are slightly off-centre, but not to the same extent. Of course, that sheet could have been cut in a way to make this possible. The best thing would be to post a scan here.
