I've been looking for some Russian nonfoil Thoughtseizes for a while, and I'm just wondering, what do you guys think I should offer? There's few samples to draw upon except SCG had one at 35 and another on MKM sold for 30 Euro.

Should 40-45 be okay to offer?

That's exactly what I was thinking. In theory, all the ones in the same column should be cut the same way, unless we haven't seen 10 to 11 others that were in the same column that have never entered the eyes of the internet (which is unlikely).
