What do you mean with "corners cut in the process"? And what is the exact error with the foils? I have persued this a bit more and will add what I have found. No clash packs in Korean
No Ugin's Fate boosters in Korean (therefore no AA cards in Korean).
The "beginners decks" are printed in Korean so the additional M-15 cards are in them.
