Very cool.
My favourites are the alterations on Hypnotic Spectre and Force of Nature.

Ehm, so you actually just found it lying around ?!?!? I've been collecting misprints and oddities for 20 years now and opened thousands of sealed product, and the most exciting item I ever pulled was a card with the top border about double the bottom one :-( EDIT : No actually I also pulled about 2-...

it's probably worth it to get some graded, but I would be careful. Look at ABU's website and you can see that on many cards you're not going to cover your cost unless it comes back as a BGS 9.5 GEM Mint or PSA 10. Generally, Unlimited isn't worth much as a collectible unless it's also a playable ca...

I have never purchased or held graded cards so I have zero knowledge on the subject. However, I recently came into possession of about 300 UNL cards (of all rarities) that I would define at least NM-/NM and this post about the Benalish Hero is somewhat tempting... Here is a link to a rather large sc...

This link contains some interesting info about the Ice Age promo cards Fylgja & Prismatic Ward, including the information that they were printed shortly after Jan 30 1995. Chub Toad was in a July 1995 comic book, and Bone Shaman was in an August 1995 comic book. Many of the Ice Age promos were incl...

That thread is horribly out of date. Anyone who collects summer shouldn't need a thread to tell him prices, to be honest. Why don't you Summer collectors post to update it as you did previously then? It is still a cool reference to have on this website, maybe even for people who don't collect summe...

I checked through my cards and feel safe in confirming the Konnen fliegen Waldfeen is from German FWB or German WB REV (unlimitierte) and not from 4th. This is based on me owning several Konnen fliegen versions and no Fliegend ones and since I only bought some German FWB or German WB REV packs in 1...

Hello, here are scans of 2 typical Drakes that my friend has: http://i44.tinypic.com/16gen88.jpg I was not aware that this type of intra-set variation was common (the only example I was aware of is the famous Japanese Tempest Cursed Scroll, with about 30% correct 3-Tap versions and 70% wrong 2-Tap v...
