Meanwhile, I discovered different English Visions print variants:

weird cut (USA, looks like it's from the same factory as dark Mirage)
front cut (probably USA)
back cut (Belgium)

The Dark Visions cards are from the front cut print run.

Indeed, for all of those judges . I think Wizards does this to keep them in line.
