Aha, got it. It was a participation bonus in the Rio de Janeiro Regionals in 2000. 256 were distributed, a mix of all the commons and uncomons playable in the top Type 2 decks at the time. Some basic lands were involved. If anyone is interested, i might entertain offers. Not sure i'd sell it, though...

I need four, and noone has them. There is a BIN on ebay for 50, but, its an uncommon, so it MUST be wrong.
