OK, I have a 3rd & 4th German Drudge Skeletons now. They are noticeably different. One of them has small flavor text similar to German black border but with slightly different wording as Neuron had said. I Will try to measure them and post pics soon. I will completely agree with what Kieth said about these being press checks. I think these were created to test a machine, not to test the cards themselves. I saw a different picture of an exodus test print uncut sheet on the homepage of a website recently. Wish I could remember where I saw it. It was a website designed to sell cards, but didn't have anything in stock.

The other forums that I've been on have their own photo uploader, and that does make it much easier to post pictures. I can provide this image of a German black border Rare sheet that was for sale a few months ago. Sorry it is not better picture quality, but sheet layout is identifiable by card artwork.
