Ok, I know this is nothing compared to the amazing stuff most of you all post in this thread, but I just finished my long sought-after goal of obtaining a sealed starter of Alpha, Beta, and Unlimited. Complete with a custom made box for keeping them. Thanks very much to the member of this forum who...

Hey GlobalBoosterHunter, Nice to meet you - welcome aboard =D> I love the effort you put into organizing and displaying you collection. It just makes me cringe when I see people willing to spend tons of $$$ to get the best stuff possible, but then won't spend anything to display or store it nicely....

That sucks! This is pretty common in the United Kingdom, at least it was when I left a few years ago. Really? I have never had a problem in all the years ive been getting and sending stuff in the UK (touch wood), still i guess if thats your experiance :( We had a bit of a problem with Nigerian gang...

That sucks! This is pretty common in the United Kingdom, at least it was when I left a few years ago. Postal workers would feel the mail and if anything felt like credit cards or passports or even birthday cards they would run an edge under a tap, once the paper was wet and weak the envelope could b...

I was just browsing for boosters, it was the picture that gave it away.

OK, GlobalBooster wins. I thought I was doing good with my entire collection being in the UltraPro black binders with the gold Magic logo on the front. What pages do you use? I tried the 6 pocket verticals, I found that the ones closer to the edges were tighter than the middle pockets and they were...

Well the flags, I just tried to fan them out a little bit to show what I had bought, I am sure if I had taken a bit more time and effort I would have spaced them out a little more evenly. I actually copied the flags used by Magiclibrarities in their guide to overseas editions, hence the Taiwan flag ...

Three ring is an American thing as far as I know, most of the companies I go through are European. They don't look hard to make though (famous last words) Alibaba has quite a few wire and plastic verisons but I don't need 1000 minimum order. I did see some of the plastic ones with three holes, not e...

The clips came with the smaller albums, I am still on the lookout for clips for a 4-ring binder. There are probably Korean flags in there somewhere, I went with the USSR flag because it is more easily recognised as Russia than their new flag, just laziness on my part really. Edit: Apparently they ar...

I justified getting the Jolly Rogers because I have some fake boosters, but really, who wouldn't want pirate flag stickers anyway? As I discovered last year, it is never too late to start a booster collection, it just gets more expensive as time goes on. The trick is to get shipments of boosters del...

http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u313/jislizard/DSCF3732.jpg Here is my impressive 'foil' twiddle! Came from some boosters I won on eBay from an Australian seller a few years ago now. The boosters have all the hall marks of fakes and the cards are no better though the non foils are better. The fo...

I know this is an old thread and you have already solved the problem but I thought it would save starting a new one on the same subject. Up until recently all my boosters were stored in cardboard shoe boxes, which have the benefit of being stackable, offer good protection, and thanks to my wife, are...
